My rack was shipped in its original packaging. By the time it arrived to me the box was badly damaged. Maybe they could have put it in another box for better protection during shipment. My rack wasn’t harmed thank goodness. I would have hated to go through the process of replacing and waiting for another one to arrive in the same condition. The one star is for packing Product five stars
