If I could give this seller 0 stars, I would. This order was originally supposed to be delivered on March 20, but it was delayed to March 21. On March 21, the package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. There was no proof of delivery, no photo, and no package at my business address. I contacted the seller the same day. The seller replied and said they would send a replacement, but after that they kept delaying and never actually shipped anything. The last reply I received from the seller was on March 24, and after that there were no further updates, no replacement shipment, and no tracking number. By the time this was resolved, an entire week had passed. This was extremely frustrating because the item was needed for business use, and the seller was not reliable at all. I appreciate Walmart for eventually stepping in and processing my refund, but this seller’s service was terrible. Delayed delivery, incorrect delivery status, no proof of delivery, and no real follow-through on the promised replacement. I do not recommend buying from this seller.
