Cosmetics nearly as described, (like new) battery a whole different rating-not too good at holding a charge in storage, it locked the phone dead.

Phone was NOT fully unlocked, but was actually a Verizon phone. Seller DID react well to return and provided a full refund, but all this should have been avoided by supplying what the ad/listing stated, fully unlocked.

I did not get my money back when I returned phone. Walmart snail mails it to California then the seller has to “process” the return before they refund money and it has been over a week.

WILL NOT SEND REFUND, PHONE DOES NOT WORK- ESIM NOT AVAILABLE ON PHONE. Hard to reach %26 items aren’t as described.

There was need for intervention because the seller description of the Google pexcil 8 was as described "excellent condition" and that is what received.

The seller is false advertising the iPhone “like new”, but after set up 2 major error messages popped up: battery and display not genuine. Although battery health shows 100%, my wife’s identical iPhone with 83% health held the charge WAY better. The display is also too dark at max brightness; front camera has yellowish images. What a ripoff! I returned it, but unfortunately other unlucky buyer will end up being scammed..
