Ordered Piñon pine incense, and it was delivered quickly and SO well packaged! I've gotten this kind of incense from other retailers, and even directly from Incense of the West, but they always arrive with numerous broken or crumbled pieces, as the "bricks" can be somewhat fragile. This came, however, wonderfully cushioned/packaged, and no broken pieces. Will definitely continue to buy it through ShamansMarket (and also hope they start to carry some of the other scents, too!).
