Awful!!! Doesn’t responds to emails, band snapped and lost a diamond!!!! Purchased the protection plan and when I called, I found out it was put in somebody else’s name. Looks like a little something fishy going on to me.

I have made multiple attempts to contact this seller regarding a defective item and have not received any response or confirmation of receipt. Since 3/21, I have reached out through their listed email, website contact form, Walmart seller page, and phone number. Despite these efforts, there has been no communication or follow-up. I also contacted Walmart, and an escalation has been initiated requiring the seller to respond within 48 hours. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting. This lack of responsiveness has made it extremely difficult to resolve what appears to be a product issue. I would strongly recommend that buyers consider the level of customer support before purchasing.

I ordered earrings weighing 2.00 ct. , but they sent me two earrings weighing a total of 0.5 carats. The size discrepancy instead of 2.00 ct, they 0.50 ct. I returned some items to Walmart, and they told me to wait at least three weeks for my refund, possibly five.

Very professional. I see the negative reviews, but I took a chance, and I had no problem with them at all.

The studs were packaged well to prevent scratches and they were shipped quickly. No complaints whatsoever.

beautiful ring. took longer than expected to receive. returned promptly still haven't received my refund after nearly a month, they do not respond to emails. I would not purchase from them.

We actually got a very nice set of diamonds. My wife initially thought they were lab grown because of the sparkle and couldn't believe they were real diamonds! The seller shipped quickly. I would buy these 2ctw diamond earrings all over again.

Horrible experience with this seller. Didn’t receive the item ordered, reached out to them via email and telephone and they never got back to me. Still in the process of trying to get a refund which they’re making it difficult to get. I wouldn’t shop with them if I were you. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD!
