Great phone! Use all my apps for business and works well. Can't use pay tap, but its ok, don't really need it and it would cost a lot more if it did have it.

They Gave me about 10 Trouble Shooting Suggestions when I called them before leaving a Bad Review on Walmarts Review but Still even after trying everything -Nothing was better on my my new phone. Volume still very low as if Phone was Wet before %26 Background lighting Changes constantly. They said it would be a Problem with the new phone I just bought thru Walmart if None of Suggestions fixed my New phone. After trying over an hour..still had Same Problems. So..Now my time is up. Good luck if you buy one. Maybe mine just Had hardware issues even though I bought it "New" %26 not "Refurbished" or anything. But, overall The Seller was nice about giving me a list of possible solutions on my email. I'm kind of Bummed that None of the Things I tried going thru fixed anything. But Seller was Courteous about potential problems wrong with any new phone. I did send Another email saying Nothing worked but didn't hear anything back from them yet So...my Time is today though to replace my phone. anyway.. I'm a Verified buyer. just bought from Walmart in December 2025. Thanks.

bold cell phone is not a good phone at all it could be a great phone but needs to be more advance i like the color i choose

well my shipment was 3 days late and the tracking kind of sucks cuz it doesn't give you accurate information it just says it's in a certain town doesn't say much more than that except for the arrival and departure then it sits for 2 days at one place and it sits for two days at another place. I got a lot of time spent with this product that hasn't been productive I'm a true blue fan of BLU as my last three phones have been the same company. The problem is when I tap the camera icon the screen goes black. That is the only problem. Can't go without a phone at this point in time I'm hoping that you will send another phone or fix this one without having to send it back leaving me with no phone for 2 weeks or more.

I don't like this phone it goof's up glad I got insurance on it.

I haven’t needed to contact the seller. But shipping was fast! It even arrived early

brought this issue to their attention. it did take me a couple days to find the order number that they were requesting to be able to look into this further. but even after I brought that to their attention and got them the information that they requested I never heard back from them.

Camera not that great. Will not scan lottery tickets. it will scan with a downloaded scan app but that doesn't help me find out if won instantly. And can't use to scan tickets to add to my lottery rewards app. Disappointed!
