Received a broken device new from the factory. Walmart will only allow me a refund, not an exchange. But Walmart raised the prices, so I'd have to pay more to rebuy the same device again. Communication directly through the manufacterer wasnt helpful, even after providing video proof of defect. They just say to use Walmart. Reliability on these products has a long history of being questionable, and the manufacterer trying to weasel their way out of responsibility. Youd think simply receiving something broken new and getting a replacement would be easy, its not. Will be returning for refund and buying something else from someone who stands behind their products.

Super fast shipping and everything arrived exactly as described. The item was well packaged and came in perfect condition. Since it was fulfilled by Walmart the delivery was incredibly smooth and quick. Zero complaints with the handling.
