Box came damaged. Thank heaven all parts were there and not damaged. Ties would be helpful to attach to pool so it doesn't blow around. Better instructions would be helpful also

I’m sorry, but I’m kind of upset. Seller not really sure he are except pool stuff express. I was so excited to go swimming. I need a pair of stairs. The picture that you first see I was thinking it was stairs, but it was actually like weights that helped the stairs stay down and I didn’t know that. You should probably fix the picture of the people see first.
