Ignoring the fact that this company sold me a FOUR year old disk drive as new, the problem was the packaging. The disk drive, in it's blister pack, was put in a larger box with NO padding. It rattled its way from New Jersey to Texas via the USPS and everyone knows how gentle they are. I'll return the drive in the same box but I will pad it as it should have been when sent to me.

My Seagate hard drive shipped very quickly and arrived early. It was shipped in a plastic bubble case inside of a small box. The box lid was tucked into the box bottom without any tape to secure the lid to the box. I was glad to see that it appeared to be undamaged. Glad to have my pc working again. I would suggest to the seller to tape the box next time. I thank the seller for quick shipment and the early arrival.

BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! They have items listed that don’t exist, their phone number is fake- and they WILL SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEM! Ordered a 1tb laptop, and was sent a 512 fb TWICE! We have waited over a month for the issue to be solved, and literally nobody will reach out to us. BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMERS!

Pretty certain I got sold a stolen laptop. The laptop box was inside another fedex box. The laptop box had another name and address and contact information on it. Tried contacting the seller but havent heard anything back. Looking to report it to the authorities if I do not get an explanation from the seller.
