Lied about the amount of BTU I was buying to got screwed out of BTU.

Got here quickly. Just sent a 14300 Btu instead of 14,500. That's my only complaint.

Product arrived on time, in new condition, shipped original brand packaging, works as expected!

I've had many Black and Decker products through the years. Always a good product.

there is a one-year warranty on this item and it stopped working. the knob to turn it on does not work and Walmart will not refund it because it is over 30 days. I feel it should be replaced at no cost otherwise I need to throw it in the garbage because Black %26 Decker wants money to ship it back which I will not do. I would appreciate it if you would replace it at no cost. I hope Walmart will send this review to you

This heater was way to small even though it sat on table right next to me. I barely felt the heat and since I wanted more than my left bicep to be warm I went to a bigger heater.

I ordered a New Black and Decker compact clothes dryer, instead I received an Old, used Panda dryer. I have called and left numeroue messagesa s there have been no response at day four. The dryer have been picked up four days ago and is still not in the system. I am so fed up and frustrated.Stu k without a dryer.
