CTS Warehouse

Would NEVER purchase from CTS warehouse!! Purchased refurbished “like new” Lasted less than 6 months. Took it to local certified repair shop and was told it had previous liquid damage that was old because there was rust on internal components. Because of that they were unable to repair it locally. I informed CTS and they did nothing.

Can not get computer to turn on and connect to WiFi.

I was this fast five with the company I called them directly to ask them to assist me they said they would send me a link it was just very dissatisfying that no one could actually help me walk through they print sent me a label to say send it back and they'll refund my money in 48 hours I still haven't received anything I like just want a computer at works and that's all if somebody could have walked me through everything it would have been easy but nobody wanted to do anything lost my customer service Walmart customer service was terrible and the company's customer service was not helpful I call Apple and apple basically told me to send it back cuz if you can't reset a computer when you bought it when something's wrong that means there's something wrong with the component

They are wonderful to deal with and very up and up.

shipment was speedy and came I think a little earlier than expected.

This was a product that didn’t work out headphones was very low and the mic doesn’t work at all

I only received an email from Walmart saying that the product return process takes three weeks, and that was all, nothing more.

Good communication. Device was like described. Only one point was a bit tricky : the device was password protected. So I asked for the password, but the answer came very late. I was already installing a new system, what needs more time than using a password. But, hey: i refreshed my experience in that way 👍🏻
