This was the best price available for this clock and it arrived swiftly in excellent condition. I would highly recommend betterhome stores.

Fast service, good packaging got it here undamaged.

Shipment quality was bad, poor quality control was done with no true care for delivery standard. Item selection and purchase through Better Home and Walmart was fine, though I'd much rather never purchase online again through either store if that's the sort of accepted quality both believe in. (Sent a picture of the box) I'd rather go to my local music shop/walmart and search for it through the shelves than order it online through either store from now on.

Unfortunately only part of the package came- one piece out of three. I called and emailed the vendor- not Walmart, and didnt get anywhere, and now Walmart is on the case. I hope to get it resolved.

Seller sent the wrong item, then wanted to charge me a restocking fee when I returned it. Never offered to send me the actual item I ordered. I then had the hassle and inconvenience of trying to return the item to a Walmart store (they wouldn’t take it, said I had to return it directly to seller), getting a shipping label, repackaging the item, taking it to the P.O., and waiting for a credit to appear on my credit card statement.

Absolutely. Kept in touch with tracking number the whole way. Even gave notice of delay due to severe snow storms in the East coast (came ground UPS from New Jersey). Thanks
