This item is not as advertised. They are advertising a 3x5 Predator Pool Cue case. Knowing that this item is sold out everywhere, I had my doubts when ordering. My doubts were well-founded​​d. Why? Because they​ sent a 2x4 case while still advertising a 3x5 case on Walmart. Do not order from CoolPoolTables. Truth in advertising!

Seller responded timely to order but alas, shipped a $99 item the least reliable way which involved the USPS as final delivery option. Pretty much all options are, in my experience, more reliable than USPS which manages to delay, deliver late, misplace or otherwise make things disappear from time to time. Would UPS ground have been a lot more money? Seriously!

Seller was very helpful. I was able to contact them through the Walmart website and request a 19 oz cue weight. The Walmart website did not offer that option like other pool cue websites have. Seller was also very helpful when UPS couldn't find my house and it took 4 days longer for my delivery to be completed. Highly recommend seller.
