I ordered this headphone with USB plug twice from Sale Stores, and both times this Seller incorrectly shipped the headphone with a TRS plug. I contacted the Seller to request delivery of the correct product, and a week later the Seller still hasn't responded (Walmart's system indicates that a seller will respond within 48 hours).

pot do not live up to the pictures, but it was light and might be good for three or four uses by then the bottom would have been rusted out.

The "Sales Store" delivered the hearing device well packaged and in a timely manner. They were two days off in their delivery and sent a separate gift by Fed-Ex, as an extra "thank you" for the small delay, and I would highly recommend this company in the future, especially for being so thoughtful.
