I expected to receive the oblong toilet seat cover.\nI but I received the round toilet seat cover.which did not fit not happy with the purchase.

did not need to communicate with the seller, but item was as advertised and arrived on time.

The only communication I had with the seller is I purchased the item through Walmart online and later I was asked to give a review of the item,at which point I said I hated the item. It is put together poorly and if I had known before hand , never would have purchased it. That was the last I heard from anyone.

Rugs are very light weight, they slide all over the floor. Seller should send some type of sticky pads to hold them in place.

Received no communication from the seller but otherwise the product is not as described. "Luxury" in no terms applies to this bathroom set. The color was perfect but to suggest that it's "plush" or "luxurious" is a definite stretch of the imagination.

Took to long to send and didn’t like at all what they send

I had bought this product before and loved it, so I bought it again. The colors are vibrant, and these attractive rugs are durable. I had washed them at least 8 times and vacuumed them regularly. One frayed around the edges when vacuumed, which is why I bought another set. They really brighten my kitchen. They were out of stock for a long time. I am glad I found them again!
