Connected the adapter and downloaded the latest drivers and had a series of problems. The device would disappear from my network settings, and eventually had blue screens. So, I had to uninstall it and return. Unfortunately, I've also had issues getting the return picked up. I got my Fedex Ground paperwork and was scheduled on August 5. No Fedex Ground, I did get a call saying that they tried to pick up, but that was not accurate because I work from home and had the package on the front porch labeled: FEDEX in large letters. AND, I have a sensor at the top of my driveway so that when a truck comes in, I hear an alert. I have not had Fedex come to the property yet.
I talked with Walmart support they assured me that the vendor, Westpark Electronics would contact me about the refund. This was on the 11th. Never heard from these folks either.
I called Fedex on the 12th, spoke with their support. They assurred me that it would be picked up on the 13th before 8:00 p.m.
So, it is now August 14, and the Fedex Ground package is still sitting on my front porch, covered in plastic of course, waiting for pickup.
How much time have I wasted on this stupid transaction? About 2 hours so far.
Customer service is a thing of the past. This is a great example of terrible customer service at every component associated with this transaction.
