I ordered 12/x24x1 and received 12x20x1! These will not work and I need the replacement filters now! Can I return these to a local Walmart and get a replacement there? I’m tired of waiting for deliveries.

Filter fit. Appears to function properly. Time will tell us the effectiveness.

Obviously didn’t pkg these very well or they were damaged before they were sent. Somehow between them and Walmart there is a glitch as it took a week to get my refund after Walmart had them back

I only received part of my order. Naturally I was upset. The customer service here is the best of the best I have ever had to dealt with. After calling during regular business hours my call was answered promptly, I did not have to wait forever on hold or get passed around and given excuse after excuse about why my issue was not their responsibility and I needed to call the shipper or the store where I purchased my filters. They eased my mind right away. My issue was resolved in less the. 10 minutes.. I can’t express how easy and pleasantly surprised I was after making this call.

The dimensions were not identifiable, and the product will not work for my device.

two filters came badly damaged. should be more careful when packing.
