Sent a foreign version of the product ordered, then refused to pay a shipping label to return it and would not give me an address to do so myself. After 6 conflicting phone calls and multiple emails with Walmart no one could give me a shipping label/shipping address. I had to make a day trip to the nearest store (OUT OF STATE) to get my Money refunded. Absolutely disgusting service.

Misleading information and not the correct product. Not made in USA. Made and shipped from Japan. You will need an international adapter for charging.

SENT WRONG COSTUME. 😡 Ordered a firefighter costume and sent a construction worker costume. He was to walk in the parade with my daughter (who is a firefighter, and walking in front of a fire truck). Came the day of the parade so we had no time to have it replaced/reordered.
