If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Received 4 tires. One was the incorrect size and was not noticed until the shop mounted and balanced the tires. I now have three tires and one of the wrong size. I can not use the tires. Multiple emails with no response. Would never buy from them again. I am out money for the mount and balance.

My order of 4 snow tires didn't come from Walmart but from Fast Lane Tires. I ordered them a few days before a blizzard* and only 2 tires arrived. Forced me to drive through snowy weather for several days without snows . Then 1 tire arrived the following week, and the last one a few days later. Fast Lane blamed it on Fedex but even if that was true they should have credited me back their refunded Fedex charge AT THE VERY LEAST. And Walmart should have some responsibility in this too. I would never order anything from Fast Lane Tires again. *because I was gone since the Fall and only arrived last week

Terrible! I received the wrong size tires on 12/13, contacted seller who blamed it on Walmart, returned the four tires, and still had not received my $500 refund almost two months later. Fastlanetires screened my calls by repeatedly sending me to voicemail and twice answered the phone saying “Chinese restaurant.” The accent sucked like the customer service! I should have read the online reviews before ordering and saved myself the trouble of having to prove fraud and get my refund from Walmart and not the “Chinese restaurant .” Do not order from this LYING SCAMMER!!!

Fast Lane Tires sent wrong item three times. How hard can it be? Got refund from credit card. Walmart support was not helpful at all.
