Based on the experience of buying this product, I can say that it is of very poor quality, it is not the original product, it is a replica, it is fake.

We are going to return as it appears to be a knock-off, very sad.

This JBL speaker was counterfeit. I had to return it to the store.Did not know Walmart uses third party vendors. Avoid CAROOTU!

Do not purchase from this vendor. They sell counterfeit products!

Be Careful. The items I purchased from them were not authentic. This is my first time ordering from the Walmart marketplace for the specific items I was looking for. I own a real Charge 4 from JBL and wanted to get two more for family members for Christmas. What arrived wasn’t what I thought I paid for. I had no problems returning but I’ll know better when looking to purchase from these types of sellers moving forward.

Know that you won’t be receiving the item you order

Given the covid situation, I would still say the shipping aspect of it was not that bad. Price was reasonable
