Packaging for malt plastic container was not the best. During transit delivery it got dented on one side but wasn’t damaged. A box with protective bubble wrap would have been better instead of packaging it in just a bag; however, it was fast delivery. Communication of delivery was excellent %26 accuracy of order was spot on.

Jury is out on the Hoosier Hill Farm protein bits. Much of the bits have crumbled into basically powder and its coming out like gravy, which I did not want. That just may mean that I don't know how to use it, though I have followed its cooking instructions. I use a microwave and not an oven. I was hoping it was a beef crumble substitute that would replace hamburger crumbles.

I never received the package at all. When I went to pick it up, it had already been taken by someone else. I even suspect that someone took it right after taking a picture of it. This is the first time I haven't received a package, and it wasted over 20 US dollars of my money. Even the other items that were supposed to be delivered with it are missing.

I've ordered form them directly, too. They're a great company with quality products.
