They shipped fast but customer service replied with a preprogrammed ai response not addressing my concerns about a defective keytone strip and packaging. Questions concerning medical should be taken a little more serious.

Exactly what we needed much bigger than I expected

This product is a lifesaver. My husband had some extremely bad bed sores on his bottom from not being able to get around well and sitting too much. and they were extremely painful. My neighbor suggested Duoderm patches. Well, after using them for a short time, they not only helped him with the pain. They helped heal the sores. I would recommend them for anyone who needs a bandage that is extremely easy to use and sticks to whatever you stick it to.

The communication was not too bad. I wanted to return one product of two. They kept going back on their word. They would refund once they received the item back. No. They would send a shipping label. Again they advised they were wrong and would not.
