no reply to emails. no clue what would happen if I actuality wanted to return the system. Thankfully, i am happy with my product, even though i had to look up all my issues online.

There should be a warning to the buyers of possible missing parts, before they order.

If parts are missing you have to go get them, they will not supply any missing parts

They sent me a refurbished Keurig that arrived a day before the estimated delivery date that is in excellent condition and works great. No complaints here!

Yes the sound was all crackly from the front speakers sound terrible that’s why I sent it back

Do not buy from the seller unless you want to be disappointed

Add States that soundbar was tested and was working to factory specs. Sent back 4/13.

subwoofer came blowing the satellite speakers came and didn't work trying to reset them several times just did not work there's no way to replace them they don't get back to you or anything

Item quality is terrible, doesn't work and they send it broken, after sending it 2 times
