I love this product. I was surprised at how fast it worked. I used 20 volume and it took about 20 minutes for it to lift my old hair color. I was even surprised to see it lifted, stubborn, green, and blue that had stained my hair forever.Fun great to use for changing from color to color.

The item was punctured before it was put into the packaging. when opened hair dye is all over inside the package but the packaging itself is intact.
