worst customer service experience ever. Walmart will not earn their broker fee told me to call this vendor this vendor does not pick up the telephone and has not returned my call for five business days. The vendor made a mistake and sent the wrong item. I am handicapped I cannot pick a 50 pound 6 foot foot long package up throw it in a car that I do not own and take it back to Walmart. I would understand if I was the one who had made the mistake. I clearly did not make the mistake the vendor did. Walmart needs to own up and earn their brokerage fee and this vendor needs to pick up the phone and call me. Shame on you

Sellers description on the look of the tile was spot on, however the statement pre-stick tiles was an awful understatement, the DO NOT STICK!!! WE are contractors and know how to place the proper underlayment, install tile and needless to say, THEY DO NOT STICK...POOR PRODUCT!!!
