Cute chairs for my granddaughter's rooms. They were smaller than I expected but are really good quality. They really love them.

My son purchased me this greenhouse for Christmas . I asked for it. I was so excited to start planting in the spring. My husband and I attempted to put it together in January but noticed some of the bars were bent and one even cracked. I issued a return for a replacement on January 13th and had until February 2 to return. We had so many bad snow and ice storms that I was unable to return by the date. Well it's planting season and I remembered I need to replace the greenhouse so that I can start planting. April 6th my return was accepted but the return payment method no longer exists so I reached out to cs to have the refund sent to my Walmart balance so that I may order another Greenhouse because I am ready to start planting. I asked cs to cancelled April 6 return to change the refund method but this had to be escalated. I received an email yesterday stating that they wont allow me to return my item. This items states reinforce steel but the metal is so thin and cheap, a toddler can bend it. I am stuck with a greenhouse that is hazardous and unable to assemble because of the bent and broken frame. This is so upsetting that I can not start planting or even got the opportunity to use this greenhouse. I'm not even requesting money. I want to replace greenhouse so that I can plant.

I believe the seller should have to be up front about their product and warranty when you buy their product…. The warranty is not stated and it also is determined by the seller so when you contact them they can make up anything… which is not fair to customers because they are selling a product stating that it last all season long but it doesn’t and then the seller tells that the warranty is only 6 months but it is not stated anywhere on the paperwork sent with the item nor on line when you order this product…

First of all the color was not what I ordered it came in green and I ordered grey, second was the tarp did not fit , the measurements weren’t correct .

after contacting the seller twice thru email, after a week I haven't received response

Seller refused a return after clearly advertising a free 30-day return and does not support the advertised product.

Seller sent a phone case instead of a 15 piece patio furniture set.
