The item did take some time to arrive but that could also be due to the postal system.

Sellers communications were fine and shipping was fine but product was not as good as original. Unfortunately the screws included were not long enough-the right size for the part that goes on the lid of cedar chest had to reuse old screws in order for the part to stay on. Then the keys really take some wiggling to lock and unlock the chest, but it doesn't allow the chest to lock if a child would climb inside the main reason for replacing the lock- saving childrens lives!!
