I waited a while for this to ship and could have gotten this product elsewhere but thought the price was good for 100pcs. The picture of the screws said 100pcs, I only got 16. Nowhere on the site does it say 16. When I looked at specifications the qty said 999999999999 pcs sp again I assumed it was just 100

I ordered a 7-8.5 and they sent me a 5-6.5 now causing me to go an entire month not able to skate

Skates are exactly as advertised. They are high quality. Delivered sooner than expected.

I had called because I was worried about the process of returning the item due to my size choice, and I was greeted with a very pleasant woman on the phone. Skates arrived on time, customer service was very good, and I’m happy to buy from this store again in the future.

This item was purchased as a Christmas present and the box is all beat up. I’m pretty sure this was used and returned judging by the state of the box. It will look like I am going. A used gift for Christmas.

Well packaged and quick delivery. The description should state that the shock absorbers color may vary, I was expecting neon green (like the picture) but received orange.
