Choosing between Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz depends on your devices and workspace.

• Bluetooth: No dongle needed, handy for tablets and phones, easy multi‑device switching. Performance can vary by OS version and environment.
• 2.4 GHz (USB receiver): Plug‑and‑play with a USB port, often lower latency and stable range. Requires a compatible USB‑A port or adapter.
• Use case: Go Bluetooth for mobile setups; consider 2.4 GHz for desktops and gaming‑style responsiveness.

Check the specs on each product page for supported operating systems and connection type. Reading customer reviews on Walmart can also help match real‑world performance to your needs.

Most tablets pair best over Bluetooth.

1. Charge or install batteries on the 10‑key.
2. Turn on Bluetooth in your tablet’s settings and put the keypad in pairing mode.
3. Select the device name and confirm the connection.

• 2.4 GHz option: If your tablet supports USB input, a compatible adapter may work with a USB receiver, but support can vary by model.
• Comfort: Compact or 10‑inch keyboards with an integrated touchpad can help navigate spreadsheets on the go.

Review the compatibility section on the product page (look for iPadOS/Android versions) and customer feedback before purchasing.

Setup is usually quick and can be adjusted to your preferences.

1. Power: Charge the keypad or insert fresh batteries, then switch it on.
2. Connect: Pair via Bluetooth in your device’s settings, or plug in the 2.4 GHz USB receiver.
3. Configure: In keyboard settings, check Num Lock behavior, key repeat speed, and input language.
4. Placement: Keep the keypad within the recommended range and use the tilt feet for comfort.

If you run into issues, re‑pair the device, try a different USB port, or consult the instructions on the product page. Results can vary based on device and environment.

For accounting and spreadsheet work, certain features can streamline tasks.

• Extended layouts (18–23 keys): Extras like Tab, Backspace, and arithmetic keys can speed data entry.
• Connection type: 2.4 GHz can offer responsive input; Bluetooth is convenient for tablets and multi‑device use.
• Ergonomics: Slim designs, tilt stands, and quiet keys help during long sessions.
• Visibility: Backlit keys can aid low‑light work.
• Navigation: Some compact wireless keyboards include a touchpad for quick cursor movement.

Use Walmart’s filters to compare layouts and read reviews to see how each model performs in everyday spreadsheet tasks.

Connection hiccups can happen, and a few adjustments may help.

• Power: Charge the keypad or replace batteries; disable sleep mode if available.
• Distance and placement: Move closer to the device; keep the path clear of metal objects.
• Interference: Reduce nearby wireless traffic; try a different USB port or a short extension to bring the receiver closer.
• Reconnect: Forget and re‑pair Bluetooth, or re‑insert the 2.4 GHz dongle.
• Software: Restart the host and check OS updates.

If performance still varies, review troubleshooting notes on the product page or contact Walmart customer care about options under the return window.
