A standing frame is a picture frame designed to sit upright on a flat surface, like a table, desk, or shelf. Unlike wall-mounted frames, standing frames often have built-in supports or easels that allow them to display photos, art prints, or posters vertically or horizontally. They're perfect for showcasing memories in spaces where wall hanging isn't possible. Standing frames come in various materials, including wood, acrylic, and metal, and can be single-sided or double-sided for added versatility.

The price of standing frames can vary based on size, material, and design.

• Smaller acrylic or plastic frames tend to be more affordable.
• Larger wood or metal frames, or those with unique features like double-sided display, may cost more.
• Buying in multi-packs can offer better value for those needing several frames.

Standing frames are sometimes called tabletop frames, desktop frames, easel frames, or free-standing photo holders. You might also see terms like pedestal frames or floating frames, depending on the design. These names all refer to frames meant to be displayed on surfaces rather than hung on walls, making them a flexible option for home or office decor.

Choosing the right size depends on the photo or artwork you want to display.

1. Measure your photo or print first.
2. Look for frames that match those dimensions or offer matting for a stylish border.
3. Consider the space where you'll place the frame—smaller frames work well for desks, while larger ones suit shelves or mantels.

Absolutely! Standing frames are popular for events like weddings, graduations, or parties, where they can display photos, signage, or table numbers. They're also a thoughtful gift for birthdays, holidays, or housewarmings, allowing recipients to showcase cherished memories. With options ranging from classic wood to modern acrylic, you can find a style that suits any occasion at Walmart.
