Smart notebooks use special erasable pages and an app to digitize your handwritten notes. You write with a compatible pen, then use your phone to scan pages with the notebook's app. Your notes are saved digitally and can be organized or shared to cloud services. After scanning, you can wipe the pages clean with a damp cloth and reuse them. This setup helps you keep your notes organized and reduces paper waste, making it easy to manage school, work, or creative projects.

Most smart notebooks require a specific type of erasable pen, often included with your purchase. Using other pens may result in permanent marks or damage to the reusable pages. Always check the notebook's instructions to see which pens are compatible. If you need extra pens, you can usually find them in the office supplies section. Using the right pen helps you erase notes easily and keeps your notebook in good condition.

• Write with the recommended erasable pen.
• To erase, use a damp cloth or the included microfiber cloth.
• Gently wipe the page until the ink disappears.

Let the page dry before writing again. Avoid using harsh chemicals or rough materials, as these can damage the notebook. Following these steps can help you reuse your notebook for many writing sessions.

Many smart notebooks come with app connectivity that lets you scan and upload your notes to popular cloud services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or email. After scanning, you can organize, search, and share your notes digitally. This feature is helpful for backing up important information and accessing your notes from different devices. Always check the product details to see which cloud services are supported by the notebook's app.

Smart notebooks can be a great option for students who want to keep their notes organized and reduce paper use. The ability to digitize handwritten notes makes it easy to share and store class materials. Reusable pages mean you don't need to buy new notebooks as often, and scanning features help with studying and collaboration. Students should check if their school or course allows digital note-taking and review compatibility with their devices before purchasing.
