If you run into issues, try resetting the earbuds or checking your phone’s Bluetooth settings. For more details, refer to the user guide included with your Probuds.

Probuds come with a variety of features designed for convenience and everyday use:

• True wireless design for tangle-free listening.
• Charging case that keeps your earbuds powered on the go.
• Auto pairing so they connect quickly when you open the case.
• Built-in microphone for hands-free calls and voice assistant access.

These features make Probuds a practical choice for music, calls, and more, whether you’re at home, work, or on the move.

Keeping your Probuds clean helps maintain sound quality and comfort. Here’s a safe way to do it:

• Gently wipe the earbuds with a soft, dry cloth.
• Use a cotton swab to remove any debris from the ear tips or mesh.
• Avoid using liquids or harsh cleaners, as moisture can damage the electronics.
• Let the earbuds air out before placing them back in the charging case.

Regular cleaning can help your earbuds last longer and keep them working well.

Probuds are designed for everyday use, including light activities. Their wireless design means you won’t have to worry about tangled cords while moving around. However, if you plan to use them during workouts, consider:

• Checking the fit to make sure they stay secure during movement.
• Keeping them dry, as excessive moisture can affect performance.

For intense workouts or outdoor use, always check the product details for information about water or sweat resistance.

If one of your Probuds isn’t working, try these steps:

1. Place both earbuds back in the charging case and let them charge fully.
2. Remove them and try pairing again with your device.
3. If the issue continues, reset the earbuds by following the instructions in the user manual.

If you still have trouble, check for any visible debris or damage, and consult the warranty or support information provided with your purchase.
