Care needs vary by material, but a few tips can help extend use.

• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after photos.
• If residue remains, use a small amount of dry-erase cleaner and test a corner first.
• Avoid abrasive pads and permanent markers to help reduce ghosting.

• Spot-clean lightly and keep away from moisture.
• Handle edges gently to help prevent dents.

• Store flat between poster boards or in a portfolio.
• Keep out of heat and direct sun to help reduce warping or fading.
• Use corner protectors when traveling, if practical.

Care recommendations can differ by item, so checking the product page is advisable.

Most large checks arrive blank so you can personalize them for your event.

1. Lightly clean the surface (especially dry-erase styles) to remove dust.
2. Use bold, high-contrast markers; dry-erase markers are a practical choice for reusable boards.
3. Fill in the date, payee, amount in numbers, and amount in words.
4. Add a memo or event name and a signature line if you want the classic look.
5. Print in big, block letters for readability and let ink dry before handling.

Spacing guides (planned on a separate sheet) can help with layout. Lighting and camera distance affect legibility, so taking a quick test photo can help adjust letter size.
