Folder brads, also known as prong fasteners, are metal or plastic clips inside folders that help secure punched papers. They’re great for keeping documents organized and preventing pages from slipping out. You simply insert your letter-size sheets into the brads, fold them over, and your papers stay in place. This makes folders with brads handy for school projects, office reports, or any situation where you need to keep papers together and easily accessible.

• Start by punching holes in your papers so they fit onto the prongs.
• Open the folder and gently lift the brads.
• Slide your papers onto the prongs, making sure they’re aligned.
• Fold the brads back down to secure everything.

Folders with pockets and brads can also hold loose sheets or smaller items in the pockets, making them versatile for school, home, or office organization.

Yes, folders with brads are designed to be reused. To reuse them, just remove the old papers by gently lifting the prongs and sliding the sheets out. You can then add new documents as needed.
