Fly sticks can be a helpful tool for catching indoor flies. These traps use a sticky surface to attract and capture flying insects like house flies, fruit flies, and gnats. To get the best results, place the fly stick in areas where flies are most active, such as near windows, doors, or trash cans. While fly sticks can reduce the number of flies, they work best when used alongside good sanitation practices, like keeping food covered and taking out the trash regularly. Results may vary depending on the fly population and placement.

A fly stick trap is a simple pest control device designed to catch flying insects.

• It usually consists of a long, tube-shaped stick coated with a super sticky adhesive.
• Flies are attracted to the stick and become trapped when they land on it.
• Most fly sticks are disposable and can be used indoors or outdoors, depending on the product.

If you're dealing with house flies, there are several steps you can take to reduce their numbers quickly:

1. Use sticky fly traps or fly sticks to catch active flies.
2. Keep doors and windows closed or use screens to prevent entry.
3. Remove food scraps and clean up spills promptly.
4. Empty trash bins regularly and keep them covered.

At night, flies tend to rest in quiet, dark places inside your home. Common spots include:

• Ceilings and upper walls
• Behind curtains or blinds
• Under sinks or inside cabinets
• On indoor plants

Most fly sticks are designed to be non-toxic, but it's important to keep them out of reach of pets and children. The sticky surface can trap fur or cause a mess if touched. For safety:

• Hang fly sticks in areas pets can't access.
• Check the product packaging for any specific safety warnings.
• Dispose of used traps according to instructions.
