Getting started with your Epson WorkForce Pro printer is pretty straightforward. First, unpack the printer and remove all protective materials. Plug it in and turn it on. Use the touchscreen to follow the on-screen setup instructions, which usually include connecting to Wi-Fi and installing the ink cartridges. Once that's done, download the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website or use the included CD.

• Connect your printer to your computer or mobile device.
• Run a test print to check everything’s working.

If you need extra help, Walmart’s online support resources can guide you through each step.

Yes, most Epson WorkForce Pro printers support wireless printing from smartphones and tablets. You’ll want to download the manufacturer’s mobile app, which lets you send documents and photos directly to your printer.

• Connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
• Open the app and select your printer model.
• Choose the file you want to print and follow the prompts.

This makes it easy to print on the go, whether you’re at home or in the office.

Wide-format printers, like some in the WorkForce Pro series, can handle larger paper sizes—up to 13" x 19"—which is great for posters, charts, or big spreadsheets. Regular models typically print up to standard letter or legal sizes.

• Wide-format models are ideal for creative projects and professional documents.
• Regular models are perfect for everyday printing needs.

Consider what types of documents you’ll print most often to choose the right fit for your workspace.

Replacing ink cartridges in your Epson WorkForce Pro printer is simple. When the printer alerts you that ink is low, open the front cover and locate the cartridge slots.

1. Press the release tab to remove the old cartridge.
2. Unpack the new cartridge and insert it into the correct slot.
3. Close the cover and follow any prompts on the touchscreen.

Always use compatible cartridges for best results. You can find replacement ink at Walmart, both online and in-store.
