Most button art kits at Walmart include everything you need to get started. You’ll typically find:

• A pre-designed base board or canvas
• A variety of colorful buttons
• Adhesive or glue for assembly
• Instructions for creating the design
• Sometimes, extra embellishments like beads or string

Each kit may vary, so it’s a good idea to check the product description for details. These kits are designed for easy, hands-on crafting and make great gifts or seasonal decor projects.

Button art kits are a fantastic choice for beginners! Most kits come with pre-designed templates and step-by-step instructions, making them easy to follow even if you’re new to crafting. The materials are usually safe and simple to handle, and there’s no need for advanced tools or techniques. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing solo activity or a fun project to share with family, button art is a creative way to get started with DIY crafts.

There are several ways to show off your completed button art:

• Frame it and hang it as wall art in your living room, bedroom, or hallway
• Prop it up on a shelf or mantel as a decorative accent
• Use it as a seasonal centerpiece for holidays or special occasions
• Gift it to friends or family for a personal touch

Many kits include frames or hanging hardware, but you can also find display options in Walmart’s home decor section.

Many button art kits are suitable for kids, but adult supervision is recommended—especially for younger children. The kits often contain small parts like buttons and beads, which can be a choking hazard. Always check the age recommendations on the packaging and follow safety guidelines. Button art is a fun way to encourage creativity and fine motor skills, but safety should always come first during craft time.

To keep your button art in great shape:

• Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth
• Avoid placing it in direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Keep it away from moisture, as water can loosen adhesives
• If framed, use glass or acrylic to protect the surface

With a little care, your button art can stay vibrant and decorative for years. If you ever need extra supplies, Walmart offers a variety of craft materials for touch-ups.
