Choosing the right bubble tea cup size depends on your drink preferences and how much you typically enjoy in one sitting. Here are a few tips to help you decide:

• Small (around 16 oz): Great for kids or those who prefer smaller portions.
• Medium (20–24 oz): A popular choice for classic bubble tea servings.
• Large (32 oz or more): Ideal for sharing or for those who love extra-large drinks.

Consider what you'll be using the cup for—bubble tea, smoothies, or iced coffee—and check if the cup fits your favorite recipes.

Bubble tea cups come in both reusable and disposable options. Reusable cups are typically made from durable materials like glass or BPA-free plastic and often include a lid and wide straw for easy cleaning and repeated use. Disposable cups are convenient for parties or on-the-go use and are usually made from clear plastic. When choosing, think about your lifestyle—reusable cups are eco-friendly and cost-effective over time, while disposable cups offer convenience for events or busy days.

To keep your bubble tea cup fresh and safe to use, follow these steps:

1. Rinse the cup, lid, and straw with warm water right after use to prevent residue buildup.
2. Use a bottle brush and mild dish soap to clean inside the cup and straw thoroughly.
3. For reusable straws, a straw brush helps remove any trapped pearls or drink particles.
4. Let all parts air dry completely before storing to avoid moisture and odors.

Always check the manufacturer’s instructions to see if your cup is dishwasher safe.

Some bubble tea cups are designed for both hot and cold beverages, while others are best for cold drinks only. Glass and double-wall plastic cups may handle hot liquids, but always check the product description to confirm temperature suitability. Using a cup not rated for heat with hot drinks could cause warping or cracking. When in doubt, stick to cold beverages like bubble tea, smoothies, or iced coffee to keep your cup in top shape.

Many bubble tea cups include wide straws, which are perfect for sipping tapioca pearls and other toppings. If you’re purchasing a cup set, look for details about included accessories. Some reusable cups come with a matching straw and cleaning brush, while disposable sets may include straws in the package. If not included, you can find wide straws sold separately to complete your bubble tea experience.
