Choosing the right size bear planter depends on where you want to display it and the type of plants you have in mind. Here are some tips:

• Measure your space: Check the area where you plan to place the planter, whether it's a desk, windowsill, porch, or garden.
• Consider your plants: Small succulents or cacti fit well in mini planters, while larger flowers or foliage may need more room.
• Look for drainage: If you plan to use real plants, make sure the planter has a drainage hole or use a liner to help prevent overwatering.

Review product details for dimensions to ensure a good fit for your needs.

Many bear planters are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, but it's important to check the material and care instructions. Here are some things to keep in mind:

• Material matters: Resin, polyresin, and certain ceramics are more weather-resistant than others.
• Extreme weather: If you live in an area with freezing temperatures, consider bringing ceramic or delicate planters indoors during winter to avoid cracking.
• Sun exposure: Some finishes may fade with prolonged sun exposure, so placing planters in partial shade can help maintain their appearance.

Always review the product description for specific outdoor suitability.

Bear-shaped planters are versatile and can hold a variety of small plants. Here are some popular options:

• Succulents and cacti: Their compact size and low water needs make them a great match for smaller planters.
• Herbs: Miniature herbs like thyme or mint can thrive indoors with proper sunlight.
• Small flowers: Try pansies, violets, or mini ferns for a splash of color.

Be sure to consider the planter's size and drainage when selecting your plant to help promote healthy growth.

Cleaning a ceramic bear planter is simple and helps keep it looking its best. Follow these steps:

1. Remove the plant and soil gently.
2. Rinse the planter with warm water to remove loose dirt.
3. Use a soft sponge with mild soap to clean the surface, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
4. Rinse thoroughly and let the planter air dry before replanting.

For stubborn stains, a mixture of baking soda and water can be used, but always test on a small area first.
