Choosing the right size exercise ball depends on your height and how you plan to use it. Here’s a quick guide:

• Under 5’5”: Try a 55 cm ball.
• 5’6” to 6’0”: A 65 cm ball usually works well.
• Over 6’0”: Go for a 75 cm ball.

When you sit on the ball, your knees should be at a 90-degree angle. If you’re using it for yoga, physical therapy, or workouts, check the product details for weight limits and recommendations. If you’re unsure, you can visit your local Walmart store to see different sizes in person.

To keep your sports balls in good shape, regular cleaning is helpful. Here’s how you can do it:

• Wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust.
• For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water, but avoid soaking the ball.
• Dry thoroughly with a towel to prevent moisture damage.
• Store balls in a cool, dry place to help maintain their condition.

Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material. Always check the care instructions that come with your product for any specific recommendations.

Glow in the dark balls are designed for outdoor fun, especially in low-light conditions. For the best experience:

• Charge the balls under a bright light or use a UV flashlight before playing.
• Use them on open, safe surfaces to avoid tripping or losing them in dark areas.
• Keep in mind that visibility may decrease as the glow fades, so recharge as needed.

Always supervise play in low-light settings and follow any included safety guidelines. These balls can add excitement to nighttime games, but be mindful of your surroundings for safe play.

Setting up an outdoor ball game set is usually straightforward. Here’s a general approach:

1. Choose a flat, open area free of obstacles.
2. Lay out all components and read the included instructions.
3. Assemble nets, goals, or rebounders as directed, making sure everything is secure.
4. Test the setup before starting to play to ensure safety and stability.

If your set includes small parts, keep them away from young children when not in use. For specific assembly steps, refer to the manual provided with your purchase.

If you need replacement balls or parts for your game set, check the product’s packaging or manual for part numbers. You can:

• Browse Walmart’s website for compatible accessories or replacement items.
• Visit your local Walmart store and ask an associate for help finding the right parts.
• Look under the product’s online listing for related items or accessories.

Having the brand and model information handy can make your search easier. If you can’t find what you need, customer service can often help you track down the right replacement.
