Choosing the right size automatic washer depends on your laundry needs and available space. Here are a few tips to help:

• Measure your space: Check the dimensions of your laundry area to ensure the washer fits comfortably.
• Consider load capacity: Smaller washers (around 7-11 lbs) are great for singles or couples, while larger capacities (15-25 lbs) suit families or frequent washing.
• Think about portability: If you need to move the washer often, look for compact, lightweight models.
• Check water and power access: Make sure your setup supports the washer’s requirements.

Review product details for specific measurements and capacity before purchasing.

Yes, many automatic washers are designed for apartment living. Here’s what to keep in mind:

• Portability: Compact models are easy to move and store when not in use.
• Water hookup: Most portable washers connect to standard faucets, making setup simple.
• Drainage: Built-in drain pumps allow you to drain water into a sink or bathtub.
• Noise level: Look for washers with low-noise operation to minimize disturbance.

Always check your apartment’s guidelines before installing any appliance.

Regular cleaning helps your automatic washer run smoothly. Here’s how you can maintain it:

1. Wipe the drum and exterior: Use a damp cloth to remove residue and lint after each use.
2. Run a cleaning cycle: Many washers have a self-clean function. If not, run an empty hot water cycle with a small amount of mild detergent.
3. Clean the filter: Check and clean the lint filter regularly to prevent blockages.
4. Leave the lid open: Allow the interior to dry out between uses to reduce odors.

Refer to your washer’s manual for specific cleaning instructions.
