POLYWOOD

We purchased the white 60 inch bench and waited for delivery. When it arrived we had no problem with the holes lining up. However, the handyman discovered that the screw parts package was previously torn open and 4 screws were missing. You can imagine how upsetting it is to pay extra for a handyman and the bench could not be assembled. The customer service department is closed on weekends and the AI assistant could not help me. I had to provide serial numbers, etc and they would send replacement screws. Who will pay for the handyman to return to assemble the bench? Very disappointing.

This was one of the easiest to assemble products that we’ve purchased. The directions were simple and clear and all pieces lined up perfectly. The set is as strong and sturdy as the more expensive sets.

Happy with the communication regarding delivery. Kept me updated and informed. FedEx reached out as well to schedule delivery date and time. Item was as described.

Was shipped to the wrong house and came with no hardware or chain

Excellent communication and the chairs were delivered very timely and in excellent condition.

ad description included two tie on seat cushions. NO cushions came with shipment.

Keep me informed. Great shipping. Arrived on time. Highly recommend from this shipper. Would buy from here again. Thank you

I like how tough it is and excited how it is low maintenance.

Great set for around the fire pit. Pretty easy to put together too.
