My item arrived today, so good shipping service. It's also pretty clearly the true, high-quality, actual item I ordered. I had expected the item to be brand new, but by the packaging (exterior and interior) it is clearly a return. While the important parts are here, so it will work, some parts (the burner lock clips) are missing. I expect return items to be clearly described that way, rather than sold in a way that implies they're brand-new, unopened and unused. I'd also expect all the parts to be present.
