Purchased the insurance for the item get told by the insurance that's it's still under warranty with the manufacturer so I can't make a claim and need to contact them .so I contacted them they tell me it's no longer insured with them so now I am getting the run around and just want my replacement starter that went out and it hasn't been a year since I've purchased this since I purchased this 12,06,25 . Other then that they seem like a decent company to do business with
