I just received it recently so I can't give a thorough review. The assembly instructions are confusing, and they weren't clear as to how to assemble the adjustable pole. I figured it out. I've used it once. It worked fine.

They have not responded back in regards to replacing or refunding my money.

the instructional manual very minimal. it could use more words and assemble. I was able to find a video on how to assemble this item. once I did that it was as easy and as comfortable as listed

The seller should make it clear this chair does not come assembled. Nowhere in the website says so. Otherwise, chair is excellent.

terrible product. supposed to be a shower cap, won't even fit over a coffee cup

After the order was placed they called. That was great, but they gave me a delivery date of the 19th, and it showed up by freight on the 12th. I just happened to be working and it wasn't raining. There was no communication that the 200 lb chair was being delivered on the 12th. Thus I had to get help to unbox it and move it into my spa. Completely unplanned task. I had ppl scheduled to help me on the 19th. This was a real problem. you might take this into consideration when using this seller. My chair could've been sitting outside in the rain and stolen.

Pump is leaking. Company has not returned correspondence yet.

Depend on your order: If order has warranty and parts for repair.

Everything went well with Madison and Park in getting my order to me begore it was due.
