They should add a wash step or a air blow step before and after the rocks are placed in their boxes.

Pretty good customer service, don’t buy the assistance with Angi, no one in my area could assemble it, but I figured it out. The instructions are not great, but you can figure out what they mean. They give you one or two extra vertical slats, I ended up not using three but I had to use sawdust to seal the seams. It really does take four days of leakage before it holds water.

The item was delivered earlier than expected and in great condition, This is the third replacement that I have purchased and each was through Walmart online.

Although I’m having an error code not even 4 months into having my hot tub also having trouble with a response on alekos side I’m very happy with what I got! Very nice product! Very fast easy set up didn’t have to buy anything extra! I love it!

The product was shipped, delivered quickly and with care. The spa is just as gorgeous, useful, and effortless to set up or clean. The price was very affordable. I have had the 2-person inflatable, black color, for 2 weeks now. It relieves my severe muscular fatigue/arthritis pain. Lastly, I spa, two to three times a day. Thank you for offering this awesome spa! It is definitely an awesome benefit to my health.
