Had to write them several times to get a return label. Did not package chairs correctly and they came damaged

Upon inquiry about a potential return, they offered a significantly reduced rate of $80, lol! This is an unreasonable offer.

I think you intentionally misrepresent your items with a misleading brand name. But buyer beware I suppose.

They repsonded to my request to return so they get a 2 out of 5 but I have to pay shipping.

Avoid this seller! This transaction started with red flags, but the final straw was when they told me the cost for them to ship me a 2nd chair, but then increased the amount when I proceeded to return the original item (as originally planned). When I asked about the increase, they said they were now charging me for both shipping fees (to and from), even though the item was FREE SHIPPING and FREE 30 DAY RETURNS. The seller did any unethical thing possible to keep me from returning the item. Walmart stepped in, but I'll never purchase from the marketplace again. SHOP BRANDS YOU KNOW OR WHERE THE BUYER IS PROTECTED.

This is a 3rd party vendor. Be sure what you order is correct. If you need to return to them their shipping label is $40. Walmart will not accept 3rd party returns.

The purchase and delivery of this Wishbone Wood chair was extremely easy and arrived prior to deliver date listed. All product information listed on the website was correct and color was as stated on the website - true black frame and seat.
