The vendor dispatched and delivered a flavor entirely different from my original order, and subsequently requested its return, despite my limited access to a retail location. I do not have a printer to be able to print the form necessary to return it and I do not have transportation to return it to the store. This logistical constraint is precisely why I opt for delivery services. They did not offer any alternative given my circumstances in spite of their error and I will not be utilizing their services again.

I ordered two items one did not show up contacted the seller and was told they would send me a replacement it's been 3 weeks and I was contacted saying that they would send it after they the order was back in stock because it's currently on backorder and I am currently still waiting.
