It was exactly what the description said. The packaging was great. It was packaged in plastic and then in two separate boxes to be sure it didn’t get crushed during shipping. That was wonderful! It even came before the expected date!

It was delivered as stated at time I ordered my purchase and the frame is so much better and enhances the picture so clearly. I so surprised and happy how quickly the frame opened and closed. And no hanging accessories were needed. It will be sturdier hanging as it is to, right to the wall with the hanging accessories you gave with the frame.

Substituted different item after I expressly declined any substitutions and shipped the wrong items to me anyway. I then had to arrange return of all items. A waste of time and effort; very substandard customer service and support. My advice: avoid this seller at all costs.

When The box came it was broken there was extra tape at the end of it. I opened the package the frame looked as if the item was already put together. There was scratches on the front and back of the frame, and two of the corners is bent a little bit. The pieces/hooks that is used to hang the frame were bent as well; I had to bang (flattened) them back into place so I can hang the picture frame.

i need to exchange or return the item and when i started the return, went to the store they could not run me or print a return label to seller. getting in touch with this 3rd company for a return has been challenging and still not resolved

They responded to emails quickly. Their customer service portal is hard to find and won't allow attachments, so I filed there and sent email with attachments, noting it was the same issue.
