When I first got my weighted blanket, I threw it on my bed, got under covers and tried to go to sleep. I didn’t read the instructions. I wish I had cause I didn’t sleep very well that night. The next day I did read the instructions and it said just slowly put the weight at your feet and slowly after a few days go pull the covers up a little bit more. I did that and boy did that. Make a difference. I love my weighted blanket thank you so much.
